Assumptions

  • All personnel to arrive at the studio a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their first scheduled session of the day.

  • Free parking is available on the street.

  • Mileage, transportation and cartage are not reimbursed.

  • Music stands and chairs will be provided. You are welcome to bring personal cushions, musician chairs/stools, and music stand lights (you are responsible for function, operation, and maintaining ownership).

  • Printed music parts will be provided.

  • Lunch will be provided so as to avoid travel and wait times. Please notify (email) if there are any dietary restrictions.

  • Compensation will be dispersed at the conclusion of the final scheduled session, respectively.

  • Overtime compensation will be the same hourly rate as the scheduled sessions.

  • All personnel to accommodate up to 10 minutes overtime (for the final scheduled session of each day) without additional compensation.

  • For review and practice: all bowed parts and scores are available with metronome tempi (scroll down).
